We’re taking a break from the book of Acts to go through the book of 1st Thessalonians which is s logical direction to go after the seventeenth chapter of Acts. Paul has moved on to the city of Corinth and has sent Timothy to Thessalonica to resolve issues there and bring back news of how the church is doing. Upon Timothy’s return from Thessalonica, Paul sent this letter to address some of the items of interest that Timothy reported to him.
